These terms govern your use of the DANIELS BAUTI online shop (danielsbauti.com) and the purchase of its products. By using the site and buying from it, you accept these terms, so please read them before you order.

Products and prices
We sell fine art prints, books and handmade pendants. Each product is described on its own page. Photos are indicative; because printing and the pieces are handmade, small natural variations between copies are possible.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors: if we spot one on your order, we tell you before charging you, and you can confirm or cancel it at no cost.
How an order becomes a contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after your payment, we tell you and refund that part of the order.
Payment
Payment is processed through the payment providers of the Wix platform. We do not store your full card details: they are handled directly by the payment provider in a secure environment.
Shipping, delivery and returns
Shipping, delivery times and customs are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, the right of withdrawal and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the site and in the products — text, designs, illustrations, photographs, the artists' work and the material in the books and prints — is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Daniel Bautista Ballestero. You may enjoy what you buy for personal use, but you may not reproduce, scan, copy, resell or commercially exploit the works without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, overload or interfere with its normal operation or that of other users.
Liability
We take great care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site or from causes beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time you place the order.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If you have a complaint, email us first at info@nightowlbooks.store; if we cannot resolve it, you may take it to the consumer authorities of your region or to the Dirección General de Consumo of the Balearic Islands.
